1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the fuj9 website, platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and fuj9. fuj9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the update notice above.

2. Eligibility

Use of the fuj9 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria. fuj9 may request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including during the KYC process. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh and must not access the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any tool that masks your true location.
• You must register using accurate personal information. Providing false details is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not hold more than one active fuj9 account. Prior accounts suspended for violations permanently disqualify you from re-registration.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in effect on your account or any prior fuj9 account linked to your identity.

fuj9 employs automated and manual checks to enforce eligibility. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, fuj9 may withhold withdrawal processing pending verification. Funds held during a review are not considered forfeited unless the review concludes that the account was created or operated in breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of fuj9 services, you must create an account by providing your mobile number, a chosen password, and any additional information required for KYC verification. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. fuj9 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity carried out using your credentials — whether by you or by a third party who gained access due to your failure to maintain security — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact fuj9 support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password and never share it with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify fuj9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or security breach affecting your account.
• Do not allow any other person — including family members, friends, or agents — to use your account.

fuj9 reserves the right to temporarily lock an account that shows signs of unauthorised access while an investigation is conducted. During the lock, withdrawals will be suspended. fuj9 will communicate via the registered mobile number to resolve the matter promptly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fuj9 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fuj9 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals to non-Bangladeshi payment accounts. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit. fuj9 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fuj9 may require your national ID card, a mobile financial service statement, or other documents before processing.
• fuj9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Under normal conditions, approved withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes during business hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or major sporting events such as BPL and IPL match days. fuj9 does not guarantee a specific processing time but commits to handling all requests as promptly as possible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fuj9 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and free spin promotions — are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made and to the general rules in this section. Where a specific offer's terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer's terms govern only that subject matter.

• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible account unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real funds. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each offer page.
• fuj9 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers already in progress at withdrawal will be honoured under the terms in place when the offer was accepted.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless a specific promotion requires otherwise.
• fuj9 may void any bonus and cancel associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or other abuse of the promotional system.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fuj9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning from the Platform.

• Registering more than one account, including using a different name, mobile number, or payment method to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to manipulate betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or payment errors to obtain funds to which you are not entitled. Any such funds must be returned and may attract legal action.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity under Bangladeshi law, or accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

fuj9 operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and prohibited conduct. Where fuj9 identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it will suspend the account, freeze any balance, conduct an investigation, and — where warranted — report the matter to the relevant authorities. fuj9 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh.

7. Responsible Gaming

fuj9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended as a source of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. fuj9 provides the following tools in every account to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your fuj9 account.
• Session time reminders — receive an on-screen notification after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Temporary cooling-off — suspend your account for 1 to 180 days. During a cooling-off period you may not deposit, play, or place bets.
• Permanent self-exclusion — close your account on a permanent basis. Permanently excluded players may not re-register under any name or mobile number.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any fuj9 content without prior written consent.

The fuj9 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trade marks of fuj9. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form — including on third-party websites, social media, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may constitute trade mark infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fuj9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses from service interruptions, technical faults, payment processing delays, or decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform.

fuj9 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Games are provided by third-party studios; fuj9 is not responsible for game outcome disputes where the studio's own certified RNG produced the result.

10. Amendments to These Terms

fuj9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, fuj9 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered mobile number. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting fuj9 support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the fuj9 internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangladesh. fuj9 encourages users to contact the support team first to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal channels.
